Important to note:
We are currently accepting Medicaid, but are not able to accept other 3rd party insurance at this time (Medicare, Private Insurance, CHP+).We are working to establish contracts with those insurance companies as soon as possible.
Controlled Substances –will be available as of June 28, 2010. There might be some changes to the formulary. Please check with the pharmacy for specific details.
Since Salud is opening this NEW pharmacy, we do not have previous prescription records. As a result, if:
You KNOW your current prescriptions, please call the Pharmacy and they can request refills for you.
If you do NOT KNOW your current prescriptions, please call the clinic and they will help you get a refill.
What to KNOW about the Delivery of Prescriptions:
Deliveries can be made to your home clinic.
There is no delivery charge.
Before the prescription can be filled, please call the pharmacy or the pharmacy will call you to confirm pickup and payment of medication. It is important that all medications are picked up within five days of arrival at your home clinic. Failure to pickup medication may result in termination of delivery privileges or pre-payment prior to delivery.

Payment is expected at the time of service. Our skilled staff will guide you in finding the right payment plan to assist you in paying for your healthcare. Salud accepts many forms of payment, including private insurance, Medicaid and Medicare. In addition, patients are eligible for an “ability-to-pay” discount based on family size and income. You may apply for this discount by providing the necessary family income information upon registering at Salud.
