RURAL RESIDENCY PROGRAM
In partnership with the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Fort Morgan Salud houses the Salud Rural Track Residency Program. This residency program hosts 2-4 residents on-site at the clinic. These residents are doctors that have completed medical school and are receiving specialized training at Salud.
FORT MORGAN HIGH SCHOOL CLINIC
Salud has partnered with Fort Morgan High School to provide a health care clinic on campus. The clinic is open to all students, and co-pays are waived. To learn more and enroll, click on the provided link.
